Obtaining a Quote/Ordering Instructions

The following is a list of requirements and procedures for obtaining a quote/order for all of our trailers:

• We need the model name and size along with a list of the options you desire.
• A $500.00 non-refundable deposit must be paid when placing the order.
• The remaining balance is due at the factory when picking up your trailer.
• The delivery time may vary from 6 to 12 weeks depending on the location of the factory that is manufacturing the trailer.
• We will contact you when the trailer is ready for pickup.
• Please be sure to verify that you have the proper ball size, ball height, a pin or lock for the coupler, and a wiring hook-up for your trailer prior to pickup at the factories. They cannot supply you with any of these items.
• The "Manufacture's Certificate of Origin" will be mailed to you within approximately two weeks after the trailer has been picked up at the factory. This is what you need to register your trailer in your state.You cannot register your trailer without this certificate.
• Ohio residents must pay 7% sales tax at the time of pickup. All out of state purchasers will pay their sales tax when registering their trailer in their state.

Haulmark^® Trailers
Special procedures:

• PLEASE do not contact the factory directly. They can only give out information to an authorized dealer.
• Haulmark^® factories can ONLY accept a Cashiers Check made out to "Hill Equipment". NO cash, personal/business checks, or credit cards!
• Haulmark^® factories WILL NOT issue temporary tags. They will supply you with a bill of lading, which will serve as a transit tag to allow you to transport the trailer home.
